Due high demand and the highly personalized nature of our Custom Crest necklaces, orders may take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive for us to ensure the highest quality.

Within the first two weeks, our team will meticulously finalize your monogram design and get your approval through the email you'll be providing on the Custom Crests page. Once we have it, our artisans will begin crafting your order.

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
