Is there a letter limit?
Our Custom Crests are designed to accommodate a maximum of 10 letters, making them ideal for merging two meaningful names together.
Is this hypoallergenic and does it tarnish?
Our Custom Crest Necklaces are crafted from durable, high-quality 316L surgical-grade stainless steel.
It's known for being incredibly strong, highly resistant to tarnishing, and hypoallergenic, making it a safe and comfortable choice for even the most sensitive skin.
Do you have a size guide for the length of the necklace and the size of the crest?

The guide is intended to be a visual reference to help you choose the right necklace length. The actual fit may differ depending on your body type and how you prefer your necklace to sit. For the most accurate fit, we recommend measuring an existing necklace you love or using a piece of string to find your ideal length.

We will create your custom design and send it directly to your email for your review and approval. To make sure you love it, your purchase includes one complimentary round of revisions.

How long will it take for it to reach me?
Due high demand and the highly personalized nature of our Custom Crest necklaces, orders may take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive for us to ensure the highest quality.
Within the first two weeks, our team will meticulously finalize your monogram design and get your approval through the email you'll be providing on the Custom Crests page. Once we have it, our artisans will begin crafting your order.
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
